Thank you for stopping by –
I understand that "Howie" the M.B.S. ground hog saw his shadow and we are in for 6 more weeks of winter - In case you haven't run into "Howie", let me warn you, he lives on the property and he's not that friendly. I happened to cross paths with him last year and he signaled me to get out of his way by showing a full set of very sharp looking choppers. I got the message and ran for the hills.
The members of M.B.S. have decided to name the central path that runs from the entrance on Meadowbrook Rd. all the way up the center of the property and ending at the steps at the top of the hill. We are honoring the memory of our dear friend, Julie Greenbaum, by dedicating this path to her - it will be called, "Julie Greenbaum Way".
In the winter our celebration and memorial plaques really stand out which makes us aware that the property is not only for the birds and bird watching, but also a place for people who want to leave a living memory of friends and occasions.
Our beautiful entrance gardens have been dedicated to B.J. and Howard Bronstein by their friends in Honor of their hard work and continued support of M.B.S.
We thank everyone for all the kind words you have written us and for your yearly support thru membership and donations which allow us to continue to insure the future of M.B.S.
